We want your first visit to be as smooth and beneficial as possible. To hold your appointment time, it’s important that all required paperwork is completed at least three business days before your appointment and that you confirm your appointment. This helps us prepare for your unique needs and ensures you receive the focused, quality care you deserve.
If your schedule changes, please let us know at least two business days in advance (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends). This advance notice allows us to offer your appointment time to another patient who may be waiting for care.
