We strive to provide the closest patient co-pay estimates as possible with the limited information your insurance company provides. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks of receiving your claim. Once payment is made by your insurance company if they pay more than originally estimated then any overpayment will be refunded to you immediately. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan but this must be done prior to the actual procedure.
